SVA-CAREER-001

Design and deliver practical workshops, panels, networking events, and activities covering CVs, interviews, LinkedIn, networking, and workplace skills. Coordinate speakers, schedules, logistics, promotion, feedback, and programme outcomes.

SVA-CAREER-002

Build relationships with employers, recruiters, alumni, and professional bodies; arrange speakers, mentors, workplace visits, internships, and jobs; and maintain clear records of contacts, commitments, and follow-ups.

SVA-CAREER-003

Coordinate peer, alumni, and professional mentoring programmes, recruit and match participants, support ongoing check-ins, and research credible jobs, internships, scholarships, volunteering, and development opportunities for students.

SVA-CAREER-004

Capture high-quality event, member, and achievement photography; produce headshots and candid, group, and action images; edit and deliver files promptly; and maintain an organised photo library with the Marketing team.

SVA-CAREER-005

Build and manage relationships with prospective sponsors, prepare clear sponsorship proposals, coordinate agreed partner benefits, maintain accurate follow-up records, and work with Partnerships and Events to turn support into useful student outcomes.

SVA-CAREER-006

Manage the club’s website, online platforms, Google Workspace, forms, databases, access, media storage, data security, and backups. Support events technically and identify useful software, AI, and automation improvements.

SVA-CAREER-007

Manage budgets, income and spending records, payments, reimbursements, banking, committee financial reports, event budgets, receipts, funding or grant applications, and compliance with AUT financial requirements.
